Sorted lowest coverage first — the countries where the largest share of children are unprotected, and where (for measles) the gap to the ~95% herd-immunity line is widest. Ranked across the ~63 large or high-burden countries in this atlas (not all 200+ World Bank economies). The year column is the latest available reported value for each country and indicator, which can differ between rows. The "under-immunized" column = 100% − coverage; with no clean zero-dose (no-DTP1) indicator in this API, that gap is the best available proxy for the under-protected share and is interpretive.
