Limits: The demo dictionary uses 99-prefixed placeholder codes, not MedDRA. Measured on held-out synthetic verbatims, this lexical stand-in ranked the right preferred term first for 54% (the real model path: 78%) and auto-coded 7 of 96 negated verbatims at the default gate; every code needs a coder's review.
